Rebecca & Florio.....the Big BIG Fat Greek Wedding

Okay seriously I don't even know where to start with this post. Rebecca and Florio....remember these two?! You know the surprise trip and engagement in Paris??!! Well they got married and yup they did it BIG FAT GREEK style!!! I have never seen so many people in a packed church......you'll see a few pics down.

Okay so the classic ~dad walking bride down isle with grooms reaction.

Okay for the 'KISS' shot thanks to the second shooter which happens to be MY hubby ~thanks babe. I'm gonna tell you honestly I don't think that one photog could have done this ceremony.....truly. (By the way this was his LAST wedding with me.....)

I LOVE this next shot.......how the light is beaming on the bride!!

This next shot is Greek tradition (I think) The Best Man exchanges the rings on the couples fingers three times....Rebecca or Florio you might have to explain this to me....do I have that right??

We couldn't decide on where to do the after shots with the bridal party but finally narrowed it down.......but when we got there they failed to mention that the building we wanted to use had disappeared...yup that's right GONE!!!! We had to improvise a little......it wouldn't be classic "Jen" style if it was easy ~I'm tellin ya!

Sorry man had to blog it!!!.....your guesses are as good as mine.....too funny! Sucked to be the bride that smoked that one after the shot was done!! LOL

Brandon & Jenn ~ We Did

So sorry for the Blog neglect but I have been so far behind I had to take a break to get all caught up......(if that makes any sense) ~still not caught up but I just had to put something on here because people are going to start to wonder if I fell off the face of the earth. ;)

Anyway~

You might remember this couple from back in May.....well we finally got together to shoot their 'We Did' session. It was cold and windy....but we got through it and I don't think you can even tell. I had lots of fun actually~ climbing mountains and even getting chased off of peoples property ~MY KINDA SHOOT!!

Terry & Shanna~ Married!

Shanna and Terry got married Sept 19 and they were actually the first booking I had for 2009.....they booked me over a year in advance. I'm so glad they did...this weekend was THE most inquired about weekend the whole 2009 wedding season.

Thank you so much Michelle for introducing us I had a fabulous time.

This couple you can tell are head over heals for each other and my god Shanna you are absolutely one of the most photogenic brides I've photographed to date.

Thanks again for allowing us to be apart of your big day and I hope these memories will bring smiles to your faces many years to come!

Alesha & Kurtis ~ We Did

When I met Alesha for the first time ~when we were going over my portfolio~ I remember her saying about a 1000 times (seriously) that she really wanted her photos where she spends ALOT of her time (even her honeymoon)~at the ranch.

Time didn't allow that on her wedding day so we decided to use up her Trash the Dress or We Did session doing just that.

I had so much fun that I can't wait for the next time....

I really enjoy being around this family there is just something about them that just makes you...Happy....for lack of better word. Like I said before I am so fortunate to have met you guys and your family and thanks again for inviting us into your home.

I hope you enjoy what I have come up with I know that I have to admit this session just might be one of the top of the summer!

You can surely tell how in love the two of you are.....and I wish you all the happiness in the world.







Seriously this photo just might be the most INSANE pic I've ever taken!!!! The chances that that baby came up to her momma at that moment....CRAZY!!

I want to thank you guys again for having Rod and I document your day. I hope this becomes something I do every year~weddings in Ontario! I loved doing a wedding in a place that is not only different than I'm used to but having the opportunity to do a wedding in my home town!!!!
